The canonical Pulp workflow, end to end. A government affairs team has a bill summary due to twelve appropriations staffers by Friday. Here is Thursday: read the draft honestly, fix what the instruments find, rehearse against the actual room, fix what the rehearsal finds, and ship a live view instead of a PDF. All four packages, one afternoon.
Three Radiance calls tell you what three review cycles would have surfaced by Wednesday: what the draft says, how hard it lands, and what it stands on.
text = open("bill_summary_v1.md").read()
meaning = client.radiance.rootwords.extract(text=text)
reading = client.radiance.rootcause.score(text=text)
graph = client.radiance.stemreferences.trace(text=text, sources=["evidence_library"])RootWords shows the draft is making seven claims, two of them only implied that should be asserted. RootCause reads force 61: Pathos 79, Logos 44. StemReferences flags one unsupported quantifier. You now know, twenty minutes in, where the weaknesses are and what kind they are.
Assert the two implied claims. Add the fiscal table Logos was starving for. Delete “overwhelmingly” or find the poll to back it. Re-score, and force comes back at 78.
Run the revised draft against the cohort of the twelve staffers who decide this bill, with all three probes at once.
run = client.windfall.simulate(
message=open("bill_summary_v2.md").read(),
audience=client.windfall.trueaura.cohort("appropriations_staff"),
probes=["nectarrewards", "poisonivy", "grapevine"],
)NectarRewards: the no-closures line converts the three fiscal skeptics. PoisonIvy: “streamlining” reads as layoffs to two personas whose Memory holds a protect_local_jobs conviction. GrapeVine: your phase-two caveat does not survive retelling.
Rename the mechanism. Move the preserved-jobs sentence ahead of the changes. Compress the caveat into the same sentence as the claim so the two travel together and cannot be split by a retelling.
Deploy a portal with Groundwater and point a branded domain at it.
pulp deploy ./summary-portal --project approps-2026client.groundwater.domaincrust.attach(
domain="brief.yourfirm.com", deploy="approps-2026"
)The portal is a Warp Datastory with the fiscal table as an Infographic and the StemReferences graph one click deep, plus a Weft thread with claim-typed reactions so staffers can challenge on the record, all in your firm’s Dye. Every claim is standing on visible evidence and every challenge lands somewhere structured, which is itself a persuasive move: transparency is Ethos you can deploy.
The message that went out was not your best guess. It was the survivor of a scored, simulated, sourced selection process, and the entire process is reproducible next week by the newest person on your team.
